About This Program

Alabama is developing its federally funded HOMES (Home Owner Managing Energy Savings) rebate program under the Inflation Reduction Act, with ADECA as the administering agency. The program will provide rebates for whole-home energy efficiency improvements, with enhanced amounts for low-to-moderate income households.
