Statewide NYS RESTORE program for homeowners age 60+ facing emergency repairs or code violations that threaten health and safety. Maximum $20,000. Up to 100% of Area Median Income. Applied through a local administrator (HOCN in Buffalo’s West Side, or other organizations). Cannot apply directly to HCR.

Age 60+, up to 100% AMI, owner-occupied
