About This Program

For veterans with a permanent total service-connected disability affecting mobility (limb loss, blindness, severe burns). Funds to build, buy, or modify a home for wheelchair access, ramps, roll-in showers. Up to 6 lifetime uses. Also: Temporary Residence Adaptation (TRA) up to $50,961 for family members’ homes.
