About This Program

The TIF-NIP provides matching grants of up to 50% of project costs (max $25,000) for exterior home improvements in designated TIF districts. Eligible improvements include masonry, roofing, windows, porches, and landscaping. Property must be located within an active TIF district with available NIP funding.
