Low-interest home improvement loans for homes 50+ years old in participating Cuyahoga County communities. No income limits. The signature 2% fixed-rate loan product ended December 31, 2025; a new low-interest product is expected in early 2026. Technical preservation assistance also provided. Cuyahoga County ARPA funds supporting East Cleveland expansion.
