About This Program

Grants to eliminate lead hazards (windows, doors, exterior paint) in Cleveland rental and owner-occupied properties. Max 12 grants per property. $12,000 max for landlords who agree to a temporary rent increase cap. Three grant administrators as of July 2025. Targeting 237+ units in fiscal year 2025–2026.
