About This Program

Federal grants for veterans with qualifying service-connected disabilities to adapt or purchase a home for independent living. SAH (up to $49,062) for veterans who lost use of limbs or have certain severe disabilities. SHA (up to $8,760) for targeted accessibility adaptations. Can be used up to 3 times up to the lifetime maximum.
