Dallas County – Replacement Housing Program

About This Program

Demolishes substandard homes of low- and moderate-income homeowners in unincorporated Dallas County and select participating cities, and constructs a new approximately 1,000 square foot replacement home. Program is limited to specific geographic areas and is subject to eligibility review. Funded through Dallas County's annual CDBG allocation of approximately $2.2 million.

Full reconstruction cost — no out-of-pocket for qualified applicants in participating areas.
