About This Program

The NeighborCare & Repair program provides 100% free minor repairs, accessibility accommodations, and beautification services to qualifying low-income homeowners in the Dallas area. Skilled Habitat volunteers and partners perform the work at no cost. Homeowners must have owned and occupied the home for at least one year and earn at or below 80% AMI.

Completely free for qualified homeowners, no repayment or co-pay.
