About This Program

Oncor's Take a Load Off Texas program offers cash rebates for energy-efficient upgrades to homes in the Oncor service territory, which covers most of Dallas. Rebates are available for high-efficiency HVAC systems (14.3+ SEER2), insulation, air sealing, and other measures. Incentives are paid directly to Oncor-approved participating service providers who pass the savings to customers.

Rebate amount depends on equipment type and efficiency rating; must use an approved Oncor service provider.
