Oncor – Low-Income Weatherization Program

About This Program

Through the Low-Income Weatherization Standard Offer Program (LIW SOP), Oncor pays incentives for no- or low-cost weatherization upgrades for households at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. Upgrades include insulation, air sealing, and heating/cooling improvements. Work is performed by Oncor-approved service providers at no direct cost to qualifying households.
