Oncor Home Energy Efficiency Standard Offer Program (HEESOP)

About This Program

The HEESOP allows Oncor-approved trade allies (contractors) to earn incentives for installing qualifying energy efficiency measures in homes, with savings passed to customers. Eligible measures include attic insulation, HVAC tune-ups, duct sealing, and ENERGY STAR appliances. Customers benefit through reduced installation costs and lower utility bills. Rebates are processed by the approved contractor — verify with your installer that they participate in the current HEESOP year.
