Texas GLO 2024 Disasters Homeowner Assistance Program (HAP)

About This Program

The Texas GLO 2024 Disasters Homeowner Assistance Program provides repair and reconstruction assistance to owner-occupied single-family homes in 27 counties impacted by 2024 disasters. A companion Homeowner Reimbursement Program offers $3,000–$75,000 reimbursement for out-of-pocket repairs already made. Applicants may only apply for one program (HAP or reimbursement), and assistance is first-come, first-served.

Repair/reconstruction grant amounts vary based on damage assessment. Reimbursement program provides $3,000–$75,000 for stick-built homes and $3,000–$50,000 for manufactured homes.
