About This Program

Brothers Redevelopment provides low- and fixed-income seniors (60+) and people with disabilities access to home modification and repair services, including medical and mobility-related modifications. As of November 2025, Denver County has a 2-year waitlist and is not accepting new referrals; residents are encouraged to contact Brothers directly for updates or alternative resources.

Services are provided at no or low cost. Value varies widely based on scope. Estimated average benefit: $3,000–$10,000.
