RHAMP provides grants up to $15,000 for accessibility modifications to help Denver residents with qualifying ADA-defined disabilities remain safely in their homes or rental units. Eligible work includes ramps, stair lifts, grab bars, roll-in showers, widened doorways, and accessible kitchen/bath modifications. Renters must have a 12-month remaining lease.
