About This Program

Colorado's Home Efficiency Rebate (HER) program for mobile and manufactured homes launched in January 2026 and supports whole-home energy efficiency improvements for income-qualified owners. The program is separate from HEAR (which covers equipment) and focuses on envelope improvements (insulation, air sealing, duct sealing) to achieve measurable energy savings. Rebate amounts are based on household income relative to AMI and verified energy savings.

Rebate amounts are performance-based and vary by project. Designed specifically for the mobile/manufactured housing stock which is typically harder to weatherize. Amounts TBD as program is newly launched.
