About This Program

Habitat Metro Denver partners with homeowners in targeted Denver neighborhoods (currently Westwood, Globeville, Elyria-Swansea) to complete critical exterior repairs including new shingles, soffit/fascia, siding, painting, porch repairs, and energy upgrades — all at 5–10% of normal market cost. Homeowners contribute sweat equity and must be current on mortgage and property taxes.

Homeowner pays only 5–10% of total project. Typical exterior project value: $10,000–$25,000; homeowner pays $500–$2,500.
