About This Program

Rebuilding Together Colorado provides free critical home repairs to low-income homeowners across the five-county Denver metro area. Households must qualify as low-income and include an elderly member, person with a disability, or child under 18. Homeowners must have owned their home for at least 2 years as a primary residence, be current on mortgage and property taxes, and not have received Rebuilding Together services in the prior 2 years.

Services are entirely free. Typical project value ranges from $2,000 to $15,000 depending on scope.
