Xcel Energy offers Colorado residential customers rebates on cold-climate heat pumps ($2,250/ton at 5°F), heat pump water heaters ($2,250), insulation (up to $500 attic, $350 walls), and air sealing (up to $400). Gas furnace rebates ended January 1, 2026. Enrolling in the Whole Home Efficiency Program and completing 3+ qualifying upgrades within 2 years earns a 25% bonus on all rebates.

Rebate stack depends on equipment selected. Cold-climate heat pump (2-ton) = ~$6,400–$9,000. Add insulation + sealing for additional savings.
