Covers ramps, grab bars, wider doorways, threshold modifications, lifts, improved lighting, and mobility device accommodations. Income must be below 300% FPL (~$45,000 individual, ~$61,000 two-person). Must receive Social Security disability, veterans disability, or MDHHS child health care services to qualify as disabled. Must have homeowner's insurance and be current on taxes. Minimum 250 homes targeted.
