About This Program

$3.3 million in home repair funding (Phase 3) for neighbors of the Detroit Assembly Complex – Mack (DAC-M) plant. Funded by the Stellantis Community Benefits Agreement Neighborhood Impact Fund. Covers roofs, windows, HVAC, and plumbing. ~130 residents in the CBA impact area were eligible. Phase 3 participants selected July 2025. Watch stellantis4detroit.com for future phases.
