DTE Energy provides free energy efficiency upgrades to low-income customers through the Energy Efficiency Assistance (EEA) Program. Income must not exceed 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines (limited funding up to 300%). Services include insulation, HVAC improvements, appliance replacements, and weatherization at no cost. Delivered through certified partner organizations. DTE is doubling spending on energy efficiency in low-income areas.
