About This Program

Free critical home repairs for low-income Detroit homeowners who are seniors (60+), veterans, have a disability, or have children in the home. Habitat Detroit provides roofing, plumbing, electrical, weatherization, and accessibility repairs at no cost. Volunteer labor keeps costs down. Income must be low to moderate. Separate from the City of Detroit Critical Home Repair Program — two different programs you may apply to independently.
