Michigan's Weatherization Assistance Program provides free energy-efficiency improvements to income-eligible households through local Community Action Agencies. Eligible improvements include attic and wall insulation, air sealing, HVAC improvements, and health/safety measures. Income must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, making it one of the more broadly accessible WAP programs nationally.
