About This Program

Habitat KC's Home Preservation program serves homeowners at or below 80% AMI who face safety, accessibility, or health hazards. Critical Home Repair covers roofing, HVAC, siding, interior/exterior repairs. A Brush with Kindness targets exterior paint, windows, and overgrowth. Covers Jackson, Clay, and Platte counties in Missouri, plus Johnson, Wyandotte, and Leavenworth counties in Kansas. Priority for veterans, LGBTQ+, seniors, and disabled. 2025 goal: 100 MO + 50 KS households.
