Missouri HUD HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds for non-cosmetic home repair of income-qualifying homeowners. MHDC allocated up to $2.5M for 2026. MHDC does NOT fund households directly — you apply through a local participating agency (nonprofit, community action agency, or local government).
