About This Program

HELP of Southern Nevada is the primary WAP delivery agency for Las Vegas, Henderson, and southern Clark County. In addition to free weatherization upgrades (HVAC, insulation, air sealing, solar screens, LED lighting), HELP provides emergency utility and energy assistance, food, and other social services to low-income households. Income must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level for weatherization services.
