About This Program

RTSNV's Fall Prevention Program provides a professional occupational therapist assessment followed by licensed contractor installation of accessibility modifications to reduce fall hazards. Eligible modifications include grab bars, roll-in showers, comfort-height toilets, ramps, and flooring replacement. Homeowners must have had a documented fall within the past year and meet standard RTSNV income and eligibility requirements.
