About This Program

WHEDA's More Like Home Repair and Renew Loan provides $5,000–$50,000 for repairs and energy-efficiency updates in homes more than 40 years old. Low-income homeowners can access a 0% interest, 5-year forgivable loan from a dedicated portion of the $50 million fund. All other qualified homeowners receive a low-interest loan. Eligible work includes roofing, insulation, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
