MDHA's CDBG Rental Rehabilitation Program assists Davidson County property owners who wish to rehabilitate rental properties for low-to-moderate income tenants. Landlords receiving funds must make the property available at Section 8 Fair Market Rents to tenants earning at or below 80% AMI for a minimum of 10 years. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis during open application periods.
Funding amount varies; property must be rented at Section 8 FMR for 10+ years post-repair.
