About This Program

MDHA's Accessibility Program provides 0% interest deferred loan funding up to $20,000 specifically for modifications that improve home accessibility for disabled Davidson County homeowners. Eligible work includes ramps, grab bars, wider doorways, roll-in showers, and other ADA-type improvements. Applications are accepted through the Neighborly Portal on a first-come, first-served basis during open periods.

Same deferred loan terms as MDHA Homeowner Rehab; forgiven after 5 years for ages 62+.
