Tennessee Housing Development Agency / HUD HOME
THDA administers HUD HOME Investment Partnerships funds for homeowner rehabilitation statewide, partnering with local governments and nonprofits to correct substandard owner-occupied housing for households at or below 80% AMI. Repairs must address health, safety, and structural deficiencies and bring homes into compliance with local codes. Nashville-Davidson County is a HUD Participating Jurisdiction and receives HOME funds directly, administered through MDHA.
