About This Program

People's Housing Plus is a New Orleans-based nonprofit offering affordable homeownership opportunities to low-income residents. PHP+ develops and sells homes at below-market prices to households at or below 80% AMI in Orleans Parish, and may offer repair and rehabilitation assistance to preserve affordable homeownership.
