About This Program

Habitat for Humanity Greater Orlando & Osceola County replaces roofs and performs major home repairs at no cost for qualified Orange County residents. The Home Preservation program also provides minor interior and exterior repairs, accessibility improvements, and free housing counseling. Homeowners must have a homestead exemption, be current on their mortgage, and reside in Orange or Osceola County.

No cash benefit; services delivered by Habitat staff and volunteers using donated materials. Roof replacement value can exceed $8,000–$12,000.
