LIHEAP – Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program

About This Program

LIHEAP helps low-income Orlando and Orange County households pay energy bills and may cover HVAC repair or replacement. Benefits range from $400 minimum to $1,350 maximum for heating/cooling, and up to $2,000 for crisis assistance year-round. Income must be at or below 60% State Median Income.

Benefit paid directly to the utility company. Crisis assistance available year-round for emergencies.
