About This Program

Provides zero-percent interest forgivable loans to owner-occupants in unincorporated Maricopa County (and areas outside Phoenix, Glendale, and Mesa) to stabilize critical home systems such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and roofing. Income must be at or below 80% of the Area Median Income; secured by a lien on the property. Does not serve properties inside Phoenix, Glendale, or Mesa city limits (except unincorporated pockets).

0% interest forgivable loan secured by property lien. Asset limit of $20,000 may apply. Program excludes Phoenix, Glendale, and Mesa incorporated areas.
