About This Program

Free weatherization improvements for eligible Phoenix homeowners and renters who meet household income limits (≤ 200% Federal Poverty Level for DOE funds; ≤ 60% State Median Income for LIHEAP funds). Services include insulation, air sealing, furnace repairs, duct sealing, and efficient appliance upgrades to reduce energy costs. Funded by DOE, LIHEAP, APS, SRP, and Southwest Gas resources administered through the Arizona Department of Housing.
