About This Program

Community Resource Project (CRP) delivers free weatherization services to income-eligible households in Sacramento, Sutter, and Yuba Counties through California LIHEAP and DOE Weatherization Assistance Program funding. Services include insulation, caulking, weatherstripping, heating/cooling system repair or replacement, duct sealing, low-flow showerheads, LED lighting, and appliance replacement. Free home energy assessment is included.
