The Disadvantaged Communities, Single-Family Solar Homes (DAC-SASH) program provides no-cost rooftop solar installations to income-qualified homeowners in CalEnviroScreen-identified disadvantaged communities served by PG&E, SCE, or SDG&E. Sacramento neighborhoods qualifying as disadvantaged communities may be eligible. Note: This program serves PG&E customers, SMUD customers should apply through the SMUD/GRID Alternatives solar program instead.
