As part of SMUD's Home Performance Program, homeowners can receive up to $3,000 in rebates for insulation and air sealing improvements. This whole-house measure reduces heating and cooling loads, lowering energy bills. Must be performed by an SMUD Contractor Network member and may require a home energy assessment beforehand.
