About This Program

TDHCA's CEAP (funded by federal LIHEAP) provides utility bill payment assistance to low-income Texas households through a network of local subgrantees including CPS Energy's REAP program in San Antonio. REAP recipients can receive up to $400/year (twice annually — heating and cooling seasons) to help pay CPS Energy bills. Emergency HVAC repair funds may also be available through CEAP.
