About This Program

The TDHCA HRA Program funds nonprofit and government organizations to reconstruct owner-occupied housing that is beyond rehabilitation for households earning 80% AMI or below. Services include full reconstruction on the same site, replacement of manufactured housing units, and relocation from floodplains. Special set-aside funds are available for persons with disabilities.
