About This Program

BayREN's EASE (Efficiency & Sustainable Energy) program provides income-eligible San Francisco residents with low-cost home energy upgrades, covering up to 80% of retrofit measure costs. Qualifying homeowners and renters in San Francisco County can receive assistance with HVAC, insulation, and weatherization improvements at reduced or no cost.
