About This Program

SF MOHCD's Senior Home Repair Program (SHRP) provides up to $50,000 in forgivable loans to low-to-moderate income senior/disabled homeowners in historically underserved San Francisco neighborhoods including Bayview Hunters Point, Western Addition, Hayes Valley, and Oceanview Merced Ingleside. The loan is fully forgiven after 3 years if the borrower continues to own and occupy the property. Administered by Rebuilding Together SF.
