About This Program

BayREN's Home+ Rebate Program offers $300 to $5,000 in rebates for single-family and 2–4 unit San Francisco homeowners with active PG&E accounts. Eligible homes must have been built in 2001 or earlier. Rebates are available for HVAC, insulation, air sealing, and other energy efficiency upgrades, with higher rebates for bundled improvements.
