Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco's Home Preservation Program provides critical, major repairs to low-income long-term homeowners in the City and County of San Francisco. Repairs address safety, accessibility, and deferred maintenance issues. Applicants must be current on property taxes, mortgage, homeowner's insurance, and have no open judgments against their credit.

No cost to homeowner; up to 8 hours of sweat equity required
