About This Program

PACE financing allows SF homeowners to finance energy and water efficiency improvements with no upfront cost, repaid through the property tax bill over 5–25 years. Available for solar, HVAC, heat pumps, roofing, and water conservation upgrades. Note: PACE financing in California is regulated by AB 1284 with consumer disclosures required.
