About This Program

The VA's SAH grant (up to $121,812 FY 2025) helps veterans with severe service-connected disabilities adapt their homes. The SHA grant (up to $24,405) assists with less severe adaptations. Available at the San Francisco VA Medical Center. Veterans may use grants up to 6 times over their lifetime.
