About This Program

California's HEEHRA program (funded by the federal Inflation Reduction Act) provides point-of-sale rebates for electrification upgrades including heat pumps, heat pump water heaters, electric stoves, dryers, and panel upgrades. As of February 24, 2026, single-family reservations are fully allocated statewide with a waitlist in place. Households at or below 80% AMI received 100% cost coverage; 80-150% AMI received 50% coverage.
