Santa Clara County administers federal HOME Investment Partnerships funds for housing rehabilitation in unincorporated county areas and partner cities. HOME funds support owner-occupied rehabilitation (OOR) and reconstruction to address health/safety hazards and code deficiencies for low-income homeowners. The FY2026-27 Annual Action Plan was in public review as of March 2026. Apply through the County Office of Supportive Housing.
