About This Program

Santa Clara County administers federal HOME Investment Partnerships funds for housing rehabilitation in unincorporated county areas and partner cities. HOME funds support owner-occupied rehabilitation (OOR) and reconstruction to address health/safety hazards and code deficiencies for low-income homeowners.
